Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Ad-Preflight is operated by Marinas Paul IT SRL ("we", "us"). By accessing this website or using Ad-Preflight software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.
2. Product Status
Ad-Preflight is a developer-first tool for validating HTML5 ads locally. Features, platform checks, documentation, package availability, and planned plugins may change over time.
Deep Audit is available through the --deepPro plugin. Its checks, thresholds, supported environments, and output may evolve as the product and advertising platform requirements change.
3. Software License
Your use of the Ad-Preflight CLI, packages, source code, binaries, and documentation is governed by the license terms included with the relevant package or repository. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use the software except as permitted by those license terms and applicable law.
Deep Audit is offered as a one-time purchase (not a subscription) at the price shown at checkout: Pro covers one machine, Team covers up to five machines. It requires a supported operating system and Node.js version (listed on the pricing page) and the core Ad-Preflight CLI. The plugin verifies your license online periodically, sending only your license token and a machine identifier - never your creatives or audit data; a machine that stays offline beyond the grace period must reconnect to continue. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. License tokens and activation credentials must not be shared, resold, or published.
4. Validation Limits
Ad-Preflight is intended to help catch common HTML5 ad issues before handoff. Validation results do not guarantee acceptance by Google Ads, DV360, Sizmek, Adform, or any other advertising platform. Platform rules, file requirements, review processes, and enforcement behavior can change without notice.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using Ad-Preflight in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies
- Reviewing your creatives before sending them to QA, ad-ops, clients, or ad platforms
- Confirming final requirements with the destination platform or publisher
- Maintaining appropriate backups of your creative files and build outputs
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or software to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Misrepresent validation results or platform approval status
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices except as permitted by license
- Distribute or resell software in a way that violates the applicable license terms
7. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ad-Preflight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, creative rejection, campaign delay, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or software.
9. Third-Party Services
The website may link to third-party services such as npm, GitHub, or advertising platform documentation. We are not responsible for third-party websites, packages, policies, or services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website or software after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
